Privately financed foreign students seeking to become research students in April, 2015 can file their applications between Monday, August 11, and Friday September 12, 2014.
In order to enter the Graduate School of Letters / Faculty of Letters, you must have a prospective supervisor’s informal consent. In order to get informal consent, you must mail your pre-inquiry paperwork to the International Affairs Unit within the time period specified above.
